We've had that happen at a couple of our properties -- someone rams the entry with their truck and they run in and grab what they can find in less than a minute.

First (and the most obvious), don't leave things in plain view like that!  Judging by your first photo, you are in an office park that is fairly secluded at night.  Thieves will drive through places like that looking for the opportunity and you provided it.

Second, install some bollards in front of your entry way.  We've installed them in all of our properties to prevent this very thing.  Even a heavy planter will work.  Something to act as a barrier from vehicles.</description>
