perhaps i found an error, when I opened a ticket support, wrote the message and click on Submit, the ticket was submitted but when the page reload it doesn’t go to the homepage, instead of that, it showed the same last window (ticket-message).. so, in my case, i’ve pressed the Submit button twice, but the ticket have already sent before…
At the end, the result was two opened tickets jejee
